On Tuesday, Mexico held its second edition of the Michelin Guide. The renowned restaurants Pujol and Quintonil continue to shine with two stars, maintaining their prestigious status from 2024. This year, five new establishments have joined the ranks of the 18 previously recognized for their exceptional dining experiences. In Mexico City, Expendio de Maíz, Masala y Maíz, and Máximo are celebrated, while Olivia Farm To Table and Lunario in Baja California also earn accolades.

In addition to the 23 restaurants receiving the highest honor, the event also spotlighted sustainability with the green star award.
