The unexpected discovery of a 73-year-old woman's lifeless body on the shores of Velilla Beach in Almuñécar, Granada, has drawn attention in the early hours of the morning. Emergency services, responding to a 2 a.m. alert from a civilian, found the body floating face down with no immediate signs of violence, as reported by the emergency coordination center 112.

Local medical teams, along with the Civil Guard and Local Police, were dispatched to the scene, where they confirmed the identity of the deceased as an elderly foreign woman. In response, the Civil Guard has initiated judicial protocols and is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
